Max Bess
Max passed over the rainbow bridge on September 17, 2019. He was born on June 5, 2009. Max was blessed to spend his ten years with the Bess family, who absolutely adored him. Their story began when a sign was spotted on the side of the road that read…..“Rottweiler Puppies For Sale”. Heather knew her husband, Mike had always wanted a Rottweiler, so she stopped and picked out little Max, knowing he would be the perfect gift to her husband. Little did she know, Max would become the perfect gift for their whole family.
It didn’t take any time at all for Max to bond deeply with his family. Dakota, Mike & Heather’s son, was just eight years old when Max came into the picture. Mike and Heather agree that Max was the perfect dog to teach their son about the unconditional love that animals freely give. In true Rottweiler nature, Max was playful, sweet, loyal and protective. He never wanted to be away from the ones he loved. Max’s favorite things to do were go on walks with his mom, and take car rides with his family.
Max will be missed more than words can describe, however it is so nice to know that he has been reunited with his best cat friend, Zuke who passed away in 2014. There’s no doubt the two of them are having a ball together again.
Max is survived by his dad, Mike; mom, Heather; and brother, Dakota.
