Arley Eugene Parton, 84, Of Tipton, IN passed away Saturday, January 31, 2026, at The Waters of Tipton with his faithful wife by his side. Arley was a graduate of Tipton High School, class of 1960. He then went on to proudly serve in the United States Navy.
