Beverly Kay (Carter) Neal

Beverly Kay Neal, age 75, of Tipton, Indiana passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Beverly was born on March 7, 1947, to her parents, Llyod & Eva Bell (Davis) Carter in Elwood, Indiana.
