Charles Harner, age 64, of Kokomo, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at Brickyard Healthcare. He was born on November 11, 1958, in Kokomo, Indiana to his parents, Charles Sr. & Betty Harner.
He is survived by his children, Charles Harner, Andy Harner, Randy Harner, Alicia Pelfree; and two sisters, Colleen Hunter and Rhonda Ridge.
