Donna Lee (Robey) Bagley

Donna L. Bagley (Robey), age 73, entered into her eternal rest on Saturday April 4, 2020 at IU Health Tipton Hospital in Tipton, Indiana.  Her passing was not virus related.

Donna was born in Lebanon, Indiana on October 13, 1946 to Russel Eugene & Nancy (Cleveland) Robey.  Donna married the love of her life, Max Bagley, he precedes her. 

Donna worked as a server at Kenny’s Restaurant in Kempton and in housekeeping at IU Health Tipton Hospital.  Her favorite job was being a homemaker; she enjoyed being able to care for her family.  Donna was a member of the Kempton Christian Church. 

Donna was the type of person that could tune into everyone’s emotions.  She was someone that others trusted with their feelings and she would always lend a listening ear or helping hand.  She was a very caring person but ornery as the day is long.  She was witty; all around, just fun to be with.  Donna loved her children and grandchildren dearly.  Her presence in their lives will be greatly missed but they will carry on her tradition of caring and kindness.  Donna was a huge fan of Elvis so the next time you hear an Elvis song, think of Donna!

Those left to carry on Donna’s legacy of love are her Children Kathy Sharp and Richard Bagley; Granddaughter Malisha (Zach Phifer) Sharp; Sister Mary Helen (Donnie) Jacobs; and many Nieces and Nephews.   

Donna was welcomed into Heaven by her Parents Russel & Nancy Robey and her Husband Max Bagley.

A memorial service celebrating the lives of Donna and her daughter, Kathy Sharp will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022, at 7:00 PM at Taylor & Cowan Funeral Home, located at 314 N. Main St. in Tipton, INwith Pastor Mark Moorcraft officiating. Visitation for family and friends will take place before the service from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
