Duchess Clark

Our darling Duchess passed away on June 22, 2026. She came into our lives on March 9, 2022 when she was adopted from a rescue in Indianapolis and left a huge hole in our hearts when she left us far too soon at the age of four due to Lymphoma. 

She was a Siberian Husky and was born during her favorite time of year on December 23, 2021. She was aggressively friendly and a true foodie. She loved shopping at various stores, especially Hobby Lobby because of the feather boas and friends with yummy treats. She favored all sorts of snacks and treats and always needed her pup cup and ice water when going in the drive thru.

True to her breed, she was a natural escape artist and adventurer. She adored all the nieces and nephews in the family and was very gentle with them. She especially liked the ones small enough to snatch snacks from and would never let the opportunity pass. She also had special bonds with the older kids who would help care for her while her dog mom was at work. She loved cats and was always happy to help socialize the foster kittens who came through our home. 

Duchess was dazzingly beautiful, wild at heart, and gentle when needed. She was Elizabeth, her dog mom’s sweet heart, her dog brother Stitch’s soulmate, and the whole family’s spoiled princess puppy. She will live on in our memories and will forever be in our hearts.
