Frances K. (Miller) Orr, of Kokomo, passed away at the age of 78 at Northwoods Village. Frances was born on January 23, 1942 to her parents Ralph & Helen (Surface) Miller.

Frances retired from General Motors in Kokomo.

She is survived by her two brothers.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents and late husband, William Orr.
