Glenna Louise Larson, 84, of Windfall, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 4, 2025. She was born February 24, 1941, in Seymour, Indiana to her parents, Glen & Frieda (Prince) Bohall. Glenna married the love of her life, Luther Larson, on March 24, 1964, sharing 61 years of marriage and a lifetime of memories.
Glenna graduated from Crothersville High School, class of 1959. She was a faithful member of Emanuel Lutheran Church. Her faith was very important to her; she loved God and lived her life for him every day. She worked for Dr. Wade as an assistant for many years, but her favorite job was being a homemaker. She enjoyed taking care of others and making sure they felt safe and loved.
Glenna’s family was everything to her, she was so proud of each and every one of them! She loved nothing more than to talk about her family, always willing to share their accomplishments. She was a proud wife, always making sure Luther knew how much he meant to her. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her loving heart.
Those left to carry on Glenna’s legacy of love are her husband, Luther Larson; children, Jerry (Barbara) Larson, Kelly Schofield, Pat (Amy) Larson, Erik (Mandi) Larson; grandchildren, Joe, Jonathon, Bill, Anthony, Lucas, Emma, Mackenzie, Garrett; and nine great grandchildren.
Glenna was welcomed into Heaven by her parents, Glen & Frieda Bohall; granddaughter, Angela; her sisters, Wilma Hill and Carol Ritz; and her son-in-law, Gary Schofield.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, May 12th from 4:00 – 7:00 PM and Tuesday, May 13th from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at Emanuel Lutheran Church, located at 1385 S. Main Street in Tipton. A service celebrating Glenna’s life will take place on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the church with Reverend Dr. Roloff officiating.
