Patricia Mae (Lawson) Frazier, age 64, of Tipton passed away peacefully on Monday, January 3, 2022 with her loving husband by her side. Patty was born on August 30, 1957, to her parents, Ewell & Maggie (Nelson) Lawson.
Patty attended Tri-Central High School. At the age of 17, she began dating Benny Frazier, and on September 2, 1975 the two became husband and wife. Patty & Benny felt very blessed through the years to have one another to love. Their marriage wasn’t perfect, as none are, however they were an example to many of what true devotion looks like!
Patty was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother! Her family was her world, and she absolutely loved each of them with her whole heart! Patty enjoyed cooking and baking, especially Christmas goodies! Everything she cooked was delicious, but she was famous for her homemade biscuits.
Patty will be missed so much by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a strong matriarch, that took the time to patiently nurture and serve those she loved. She was truly one of a kind, and her family knows how blessed they were to have her.
Those left to carry on Patty’s legacy of love are her husband of 46 years, Benny Frazier; son, Jon Frazier; grandchildren, Allison (Tim) Byerly, Hope (Dawson) Ayers, Gage Beard; great grandchild, Beckett Charles Ayers; several step siblings; many foster children (whom Benny & Patty lovingly nurtured through the years); as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Patty was welcomed into Heaven by her parents, Ewell & Maggie Lawson.
A celebration of life service will take place on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the Masonic Lodge in Tipton.
Taylor & Cowan Funeral Home is honored to serve the Frazier family in their time of need. Please feel free to leave a condolence or special memory of Patty with her family on her tribute wall.
