Phalen's sister, Heather, wrote a beautiful tribute to honor her.
Remembering with heavy hearts we celebrate the life of Phalen Shana (Webber) Morgan, 47, of Yukon, who was peacefully led by the angels, entered her eternity February 2, 2025. Phalen was born April 23, 1977, to her parents Arthur Webber and Pamela (Claunch) Maquand in Conway, Arkansas. An Angel among us now, our light in the darkest of days.
Growing up in Greenbrier, Arkansas Phalen made her lifelong friends and school memories there. Her senior year of high school she moved to Oklahoma graduating from El Reno high school class of 1995. Phalen attended Community College earning her degree as a paralegal. She worked for the Law Offices of Foliart, Huff, Ottaway, and Bottom for many years. She also worked as property management for Wilhoit Properties in El Reno.
Phalen was a devoted member of the Bridge Assembly of God in Mustang. Feeding her soul with the Lord's word was important to her. Her knowledge and eagerness to share his word was such a beautiful thing to witness. Whether it be the happiest or the saddest of times, or a moment filled with uncertainty Phalen’s advice always started with a bible verse to help put things into perspective. She often talked about his love and his faithfulness.
Phalen loved spending time in nature and always with the camera in hand to capture the beauty and her surroundings. As unset, all types of flowers, Gerber daisies were her favorite, the way the leaves would hang from the tree branches, she noticed it all. You could catch her daily snapping pictures of her children. When our minds forget, a picture will take us back in time. She captured her life and her love of it through her pictures.
Phalen had a smile that could light up a room period she was a social butterfly; it was so natural and easy for her to walk into a room of strangers and walk out with a room full of friends. Phalen had a giving heart. If she had it and you needed it more, she didn't give it a second thought.
Phalen is survived by her four beautiful children, Madeline Webber, Samuel Morgan, Dillon Morgan, Mercy Webber; her heaven sent bonus dad, Timothy Marquand; sisters, Heather Horn, Megan (Kyle) Baldwin, Amanda (Justice) Marquand; five nephews, five nieces, one great nephew, two great nieces; grandmother, Brenda (Cosby) Claunch; and very best friend of 35 plus years, Summer Calhoun.
Waiting to welcome and reunite with her at the Heaven’s gates, Phalen was led in by her mother, Pamela; father, Arthur; grandparents, George & Anna Webber; grandfather, Edward Claunch; among other family and friends who passed before her. What a beautiful reunion it must have been!
Fay, may the winds of heaven blow softly and whisper in your ear how much we love and miss you and wish you were still here.
“The Lord watch between me and thee, while we are absent from one another.” Genesis 31:49
The family would like to say a special thank you to Integris Hospital Hospice House for taking incredible care of Phalen in the end, praying over her and singing hymns to her daily. Also, to our cousin Dennis Mitchell, his wife Jessica, and their son Harley; there are no words to express how thankful we are and how the peace our hearts had knowing she wasn't alone in her final days. We love you tremendously
Fay loved fiercely and with so much passion, her family meant the world to her. We'll miss you every single day in everything we do. Meet you on the other side but until then...PS, we love you!
