Wrangler Sallee, born June 10,2010, passed peacefully at home with his family Sunday, December 15, 2024.
Wrangler came to live with Jerry and Brenda Sallee after their granddaughter Karissa Snyder had picked him for herself but it soon became obvious that he was meant to be Mam & Pap’s dog!
Wrangler was on the small side and through his adult life everyone always thought he was still a puppy. He attracted lots of attention wherever he went, whether it was from the way he pranced on his leash or just the fact that he was adorable.
Wrangler came into the family at the perfect time as Jerry and Brenda were about to retire, so he got to have their full attention and travel a lot…even wintering in Florida.
Wrangler loved his walks every morning and evening and the minute that leash went on he was in high gear ready to strut around the neighborhood and give his people a work out.
There was never a shortage of treats on hand for Jerry and the kids to overindulge the little prince with and he especially loved when his Mom made him eggs for breakfast!
Wrangler brought so much joy and laughter to our family. His crazy hot laps, his yoga poses, the way he would ignore other dogs because he thought he was human, the funny way he started howling when Mom gave him a bath, the way he would insist on sitting in the recliner with his parents and liked to be rocked to sleep. But most of all he gave so much love and devotion to his family.
Wrangler will be missed so very much by Jerry & Brenda and the entire extended family. He was a special little guy.
